Net Sphere Innovations is dedicated to ensuring 100% customer satisfaction. In case of any duplicate charge due to a processing error, failure to fulfill any of your special design requirements, or inability to complete your design order as per our delivery policy, we will refund the full amount of your design order.
If you are dissatisfied with any design services provided by Net Sphere Innovations, you may submit a refund request within five days of receiving your initial designs. If we do not receive a refund request within this period, it will be assumed that you are satisfied with the initial designs. For any Special or Combo packages, the refund policy applies in the same way as it does for single packages.
All refund requests must be communicated to our support department. Net Sphere Innovations reserves the right to approve or disapprove your request based on the violation of your user agreement on a case-by-case basis.
To ensure your refund request is approved, please make sure you meet the following criteria:
• After the refund is processed, all rights to the design will be transferred to Net Sphere Innovations, and you will no longer have the right to use or display any version of the design provided by our company.
